Constructed of silver, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, the obverse with central wreathed integrated monograms of King Anton and Regent Friedrich August II, the reverse with an inscription of FR LANGE U. TREUE DIENSTE (FOR LONG AND FAITHFUL SERVICE), within a stylized oak leaf wreath, unmarked,
