It is a wine with a wonderful freshness, aromantic, rich, intense aromas of white flowers, peach and pear go along with good acidity. On the palate, the wine is fris, intense, juicy, full bodied, powerful and ends with a long finish. Excellent with cold fish starters, fish terrine, seafood and grilled fish. This wine is a blend of 75% Roussanne and 25% Grenache blanc,
